Save a Smile Success

 
We were happy to assist Ms. Baldwin in our Save- A-Smile Program. Ms. Baldwin reached out to CCPD in April of 2021 in need of a replacement upper denture and a partial bottom. During the time funding was limited .Ms. Baldwin had an appt scheduled for June 2021 but was unable to attend due to being sick with COVID. The case manger told Ms. Baldwin that the funding was depleted but she would be placed on the waitlist. Ms. Baldwin was very understanding and kept high hopes. Fast forward to April of 2022 Ms. Baldwin received the call that we had funding available that that we were ready to help her receive dentures. Ms. Baldwin stated she lived in Florence , SC but said that was no issue because she was waiting for that call and would do anything to make sure she got her dentures. As of May 2022, Ms. Baldwin received her dentures and now has that boost of confidence.
